ESCA Consultants is the recipient of the Illinois Department of Transportation’s 2023 Award for Exceptional Consulting Engineering Service in the category of Rural Highway. IDOT District 7 nominated ESCA for providing Phase I and Phase II structural engineering services for the reconstruction of the Interstate 57 and Illinois Route 16 interchange in Mattoon, Illinois. The award was presented at the ACEC Spring Board Meeting & Luncheon in Lombard.
