Jimmy Clark was an instructor in structures at the University of Illinois for 20 years.  He left the University in 1956 to pursue Consulting Engineering.  He served as ESCA’s President from our founding in 1981 until his retirement.  ESCA still thrives today thanks to the strong foundation built by Mr. Clark.
