Types of Clients

Industrial

The most demanding clients we serve are from the industrial sector, where time truly is money. With this client group, completion schedule is often as important as project cost. This does not mean that project cost is any less important than it is for other clients, since industry must also operate within budget constraints and achieve acceptable profit margins in order to remain competitive. It does, however, mean that time saving tools and innovative strategies are often employed to get new equipment and facilities "on-line" as rapidly as possible after management decides to expand.

Time saving tools:
Fast-track construction
Staging of work to maintain operation of existing processes during construction
